How much do experience packages cost? 

Package prices begin at $2,500 and may range up to $10,000 +, depending on the unique elements you select for your custom experience. Please request a quote for the virtual experience you would like by following the “Book Experience” link in your area of interest or on the Book/Contact page. If shipping any materials/items is involved in your package, there are additional costs.

What is your payment policy? 

A 50% down payment is required at the time of the signed contract agreement. The next 25% is due on or before the day of the virtual experience. The remaining balance is due upon receipt of the final deliverables.

How far in advance do I need to book?

In most cases, we request six weeks advance notice to design and coordinate your ART FUN PARTY. We require a signed agreement and a 50% down payment in order to schedule and confirm the date of your ART FUN PARTY.

Will I get a copy of the photo from The Sports Dream Package? 

Yes, you will receive a high resolution, JPEG image that you can print at a size of at least 8.5” x 11”. Larger prints may also be made, depending on the chosen pose.

Will I receive the final art piece that Shanna creates during my Your Story in Art Party?

Yes, Shanna will finalize the art piece and ship it to the client when it is finished. Additional costs will apply for shipping.

Where will my Art Fun Party take place?   Will we meet at a physical location or are packages completed virtually? 

As of now, all experiences are completed virtually. You can decide to be in the location of your choosing for your ART FUN PARTY. We suggest an open, well-lit space that will be free from visual or audio interference.

What type of technology do I need?  

All ART FUN PARTIES are held via Zoom. Customers need to have access to emails as well as the free Zoom application, which can be installed on a device that has a built-in or external web camera. For best results, we suggest a laptop or iPad. A ring light, such as this one, or another comparable model for your device, is suggested but not necessary. You will be provided with specific instructions for your virtual experience once it has been booked and confirmed. To learn more about Zoom, please visit https://zoom.us/.

What should I wear? 

Theme appropriate clothing is also encouraged, but not required. Suggestions will be provided once your ART FUN PARTY has been booked and confirmed.

Who provides the supplies for Your Story In Art? 

Once the unique elements of Your Story in Art Party have been decided and the event has been booked/confirmed, ART FUN PARTIES will order & ship necessary supplies to you.  

What is the average cost for supplies for Your Story in Art package? 

For a 1:1 experience, most of the supplies for the event will be between $75-$125. The cost for a group experience will increase according to the number of people in attendance.

How many people can participate in an Art Fun Party? 

Currently, ART FUN PARTIES does not endorse or encourage in-person group experiences due to COVID-19 restrictions and precautions. However, at your own risk, you may elect to expand the package to include family or friends. ART FUN PARTIES can also coordinate the virtual participation of additional guests in certain packages. Pricing will change and vary based on the number of participants, their form of participation, and your desired deliverables.

How long do the parties last?

Parties range from 25 minutes to 50 minutes depending on the nature of your virtual experience/event.

Will ART FUN PARTIES use flash photography or strobe lights during my experience?

Flash photography may be used to ensure professional production quality, but strobe lights will not be. Please advise us, in advance and in writing, if you have any light sensitivity concerns.

Will our pictures be seen on social media and/or any other media outlets?

We love sharing our ART FUN PARTY experiences on our website, social media platforms, and company newsletters. However, we will not do so without your prior, written consent. Once consent is received, we may share short videos, fun photographed moments, and other visual representations of your ART FUN PARTY.

What is your cancellation policy?

Once your party is booked and confirmed with a completed agreement and a 50% down payment ART FUN PARTIES commits to blocking out specific time, human resources, and equipment use based upon your firm commitment. 

In the event you should need to cancel and provide notice in writing to ART FUN PARTIES within 15 business days or less prior to the date of your ART FUN PARTY, you will be responsible for all out-of-pocket costs and 50% of the total ART FUN PARTY cost. 

In the event you should need to cancel and provide notice in writing to ART FUN PARTIES with more than 15 business days notice prior to the date of your ART FUN PARTY, you will be responsible for all out-of-pocket costs and 30% of the total ART FUN PARTY cost.

If any memorabilia had been sent to ART FUN PARTIES prior to the date of cancellation, you will be responsible for return shipping fees.  Items will be returned via mail within 10 business days of receipt of the shipping fees. 

What if I and/or the guest of honor is ill and unable to participate in the ART FUN PARTY?

In the event of an illness, or other event beyond your control, that would require the need to change the date of Art Fun Party (i.e., COVID-19 or Act of God), ART FUN PARTIES will work with you to reschedule your event within a six-month period from the date of cancellation. In the event you are unable or unwilling to reschedule, ART FUN PARTIES’ cancellation policy will apply. 

Who needs to be present?

If the guest of honor is a minor, a legal guardian must be present. The guest of honor should also have at least one additional adult present for assistance and to help manage the phone/tablet/computer, however this is only a recommendation, not a requirement.

What do I need to provide?

All ART FUN PARTIES are pre-produced and will be edited once finalized. Depending on the package you choose, you might want to provide photos, video shout outs from family and friends, personal memorabilia, etc. We will review these together once your ART FUN PARTY has been booked and confirmed.
